Project Description

In the agriculture market, we fulfil the motive power needs of customers from 1.5 HP to 10 HP; We manufacture a variety of air/water cooled quality diesel pumpsets and agri engines powering most of the agricultural applications.

IM1, IM65, JIM1

Type: Vertical Single Cylinder, Water-Cooled, Totally Enclosed, Compression Ignition, Four-Stroke Cycle, Cold Starting, Diesel Engine.

Combustion: Open type combustion chamber in an aluminium alloy piston, in combination with a long-stem nozzle, resulting in low fuel consumption and easy starting.

Fuel System: Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed from the fuel tank & through fuel filter.

Fuel Tank Capacity: 6.5 Ltr.

Lubrication: Engine moving parts are lubricated partly by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. The by-pass filter is provided to clean the lubricating oil.

Cooling: Engine cooling is arranged by the run through water supply or radiator/tank cooling.

Governing: Class ‘B1’ type.

Rotation: Standard rotation is clockwise from the flywheel end. engines with anti-clockwise rotation can be built against specific requirement.

Starting: Hand Starting.

Drive: Standard power take-off is from the flywheel side. In case of special requirement, power take off from gear end at half or full engine speed can be provided.

Standard Equipment: Starting handle, exhaust silencer, air cleaner, set of tools.

Fuel Tank Capacity: 6.5/11.5 Ltr.

Lubrication: Engine moving parts are lubricated partly by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. By-pass ilter is provided to clean the lubricating oil. Lube oil is supplied under pressure by a gear type lub. oil pump.

Lube Oil Sump Capacity: 3.7 Ltr. at higher level mark on dipstick.

Cooling: Engine cooling is arranged by the run through water supply or radiator/tank cooling.

Governing: Class ‘B1’ type.

Rotation: Standard rotation is clockwise from the flywheel end. engines with anti-clockwise rotation can be built against specific requirement.

Starting: Hand Starting.
